How did BECHBERGER actually come about?

Hello,
I'm Marina, the founder of BECHBERGER , and I know exactly how frustrating it can be to live with intolerances. Due to my own milk protein intolerance, gluten sensitivity and now also histamine intolerance, I have been looking for something for a long time that is not only tolerable but also really tasty.
As part of an extended family in the catering industry and with training as a hotel manager, my career path led me into food distribution - but it was the desire to create something that was both healthy and delicious that ultimately prompted me to found BECHBERGER.
My goal: to develop delicious options that not only pamper the palate, but also provide energy and support the intestines. For everyone who wants to eat as consciously as I do.
